Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Tonya’s Hair Etc. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we value both your time and ours.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
* No-show appointments will be charged a 30% no-show fee.
* If a booking deposit was required, it is non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
* Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay 100% of future services before booking.
